• Internal Employees must use an email matching verified corporate domains (e.g. @cybrexus.com).
• External Users (clients, vendors, contractors) can use any email domain but must be explicitly assigned to at least one channel. They are completely isolated from internal-only channels and directories.

Email Notifications & SMTP
Configure tenant SMTP relay (Zoho Mail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS SES, or custom SMTP) to automatically deliver activation emails.
When an administrator provisions an internal employee or external guest, Connect automatically:
- Generates a cryptographic 32-byte single-use token.
- Sets a strict 48-hour expiration window.
- Builds a branded HTML invitation email.
- Dispatches it via your configured SMTP server.
If credentials are empty, invitations are gracefully logged to logs/dispatched_emails.log.
